Economos served in St. George Greek Orthodox Church and its parish in Madaba, where he was ordained a priest on the Feast of Pentecost in 1981, dedicating his years to the service of the church and its people. His priestly service extended over twenty-four years, until he passed away into eternal life in 2005, leaving behind a legacy rich in devotion and fond memories that remain present in the hearts of the parishioners, ensuring his journey remains part of the church and its people’s memory.
