She was called Salomias (Salumias) – Shechem
This text was taken from Bishop Eusebius (On. 150:1-7) The site is now known as Tell Balata, which is located near Nablus (Shechem) to the east. (coord 176-180) This site, called Salumias (City of King Melchizedek), which got its name from the Bible in the Book of Genesis, is located south of Beisan (coord. 181 – 179), 4 km east of the ancient city of Shechem (ancient Nablus), and the map of Madaba, in general, follows what Bishop Eusebius wrote, as he distinguishes between Shechem, Neapolis, and Tell Balata, which did not have a dense population during the Byzantine era.
